Invisible borders that separate us from our brothers in Palestine didn't matter on this day, we all feel united regardless of all barriers. The event was organized by WAY in both sides of the Dead Sea, Jordan and Palestine.
“Bridge Palestine” is a capacity building program designed for three years targeting 400 distinguished students of tenth school grade. It helps them join at the top international universities. Orientation events were conducted recently for all participants in Jerusalem, Gaza and Ramallah.
A dinner was held at the National Arts Club in New York City on the eve of Feb. 25, 2016 to introduce Welfare Association (Taawon) activities; focusing on the Revitalization of Old Cities Program and the Palestinian Museum.
Rehabilitation of damaged farmlands in Gaza is a source of hope for farmers and their families. It supports affected farmers through land rehabilitation, planting new tress in replacement of uprooted ones and reviving agricultural water wells.
Rawan Abdulatif and Majd Mashharawi are two engineers from Gaza. They are young entrepreneurs incubated by Mobaderoon 3 project. They initiated a project named ‘Green Cake’ for a new type of environment friendly bricks made of coal ash. The new brick type was tested and proved its efficiency.
For the second year now, Welfare Association (Taawon) supports The National Institution of Social Care and Vocational Training in implementing their music therapy program for Palestinian refugees in Lebanon.

Commitment by Welfare Association   In 2015, Welfare Association and its partners committed to expand their Youth Employment Services (YES) program to provide six-month internships for an additional 1,800 youth in the Palestinian territory.
